Thanks for stopping by. My name is Randy, and my wife’s name is Ellen. We were married in 1976, raised a couple of children and now have turned our attention towards English Springer Spaniels.

Currently we are continuing to raise our English Springer Spaniel puppies. I am working towards my MFA in Creative Writing. Meanwhile, Ellen works at an organization that rescues horses. We enjoy the outdoors, and have been fortunate enough to have traveled around much of the world.

Much has changed since the first few posts took place on this blog over two years ago. I have to admit that when Leona left us to live in another home it made it hard for me to continue writing this blog. The blog was so full of her that every time I started to write something all I could think of was her. However, a new season has arrived and to not document what is taking place would be wrong.
